!! PLEASE !! READ ALL OF MY TOS BELOW BEFORE SENDING ME A DM.When ordering, the customer agrees to all terms of service. I (the artist) have the right to reject, reclaim, revoke, or disassociate my work from any past or current customers as I see fit. Especially if said consumer violates these terms.

PAYMENT:
➤ Payments are USD only.
➤ Can be made via PayPal, Ko-Fi, Cashapp, or Venmo.
➤ I do not accept payment plans or game tokens.
➤ Attempts to haggle, beg, or complain will get you blocked.
➤ Please DM me via Discord or Toyhou.se (18+)
➤ I have the right not to complete and refuse any commission.➤ Commissions will not be started until payment is received.
➤ A full refund can be requested after the first sketch.
➤ If you're unsatisfied let me know prior to completion.
➤ No refunds will be given once the piece is finished.➤ Surcharges occur for major changes past the sketching phase.
➤ Base prices are subject to change at my discretion.
➤ Crediting me is not required nor is tipping, but it's appreciated!

PROCESS:
➤ Give explicit detail on what you want in the DM you send.
➤ Please provide an image, description, pose, and expression.
➤ After a final price has been decided I will send you an Invoice.
➤ Failure to communicate or pay results in cancellation.➤ My personal life can intervene with my work. Have patience.
➤ If unforeseen circumstances occur customers will be notified.
➤ Wait time (depending on the piece) is between 1-2 weeks.➤ Sketches will be provided to the customer to critique.
➤ Sketch phase is the only time customers can request revisions.
➤ Unwatermarked pieces will be sent via DM's.➤ My work is only for the personal use of the consumer. It is not to be sold, distributed, or traded without prior consent.

➤ Do not use my artwork for NFTs or AI.

➤ Digital art of humans, open species, animals, fantasy, or anthros.
➤ Simple clothing and accessories.
➤ Transparent or solid color backgrounds. (free of charge)
➤ Complex backgrounds. (additional charge)
➤ Couples. (consenting fantasy adults or irl couples only)
➤ SFW.
➤ NSFW. (DM me and provide ID)
➤ Gore. (some limitations - just ask)DONT:
➤ Complex monsters, closed species, and mechs.
➤ Complex armor, accessories, or weapons.
➤ Hand drawn/Paintings/Coding/Animations/Photos.
➤ Shipping real people, age gap, underage, or dubious con/noncon.
➤ Fetish art (even if its sfw)
➤ Hate speech, cultural appropriation, slurs, religious prejudice, sexism, racism, LGBT+ phobia, illegal activities, zoophilia, physical/mental abuse, ableism, or exploitation of minors/pedophilia.
